What you share
The invitation form collects your name, email address, mobile number, collection interests, and any inquiry you choose to include. It records your email consent, your separate choice about launch texts, the wording and time of that choice, and whether your phone number has been verified. Email address format is checked; email ownership is not verified.
How your details are used
ARLO RÉNE uses these details to prepare your launch invitation, share collection previews you request, and respond to your inquiry. Submitting or verifying a mobile number does not subscribe you to launch texts. Only selecting the separate optional text-message checkbox gives permission for those messages. Your welcome privilege does not depend on that choice.
Phone verification
Where phone verification is available, selecting “Text me a code” requests a one-time message. The verification provider, Vonage, receives your mobile number to deliver and check that code. Your number is only marked verified after a successful check. Message and data rates may apply.
Launch text-message terms
The ARLO RÉNE launch text program covers the February 2027 launch announcement and your personal welcome code: up to three launch-related messages. It does not enroll you in ongoing promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving the welcome privilege.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also use the inquiry field on the invitation page for help or to request withdrawal. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers such as Vonage process information only as needed to provide the requested service.
Storage and access
Invitation details are stored in PostgreSQL on our own server and are not displayed to other visitors. A temporary, essential cookie connects your browser to your request for verification or withdrawal for up to 24 hours. The website also records technical request counts to limit repeated submissions and verification attempts.
This website uses Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics. These set their own cookies and send information about your visit — including pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device characteristics — to Google, which may process it outside your country. This measurement runs on every page, including this one and the invitation page, and begins when the page loads. We do not send your name, email address, mobile number or welcome code to Google. You can prevent this measurement using your browser's cookie controls, an ad or tracking blocker, or your device's “Do Not Track” and privacy settings. Blocking it does not affect your invitation, phone verification or welcome code.
Your personal welcome code
After successful phone verification, a personal code is reserved for your first qualifying order of $5,000 or more in US dollars. It provides 20% off the product subtotal, before tax and shipping, for one use from February 2027. The code is personal and cannot be transferred. It is associated with your verified mobile number and the email address you supply.
Your choice
You can withdraw the request submitted in this browser using the button below within 24 hours. To request withdrawal or correction later, use the inquiry field on the invitation page and identify the email address you originally supplied. After withdrawal, contact details are removed and the personal code is revoked. A minimal protected record is retained to prevent duplicate or revoked welcome codes from being reissued; it is not used for marketing.
